Welcome to Alice's Artistry! We want to ensure that every client has a positive and comfortable experience. To achieve this, please read and understand our Salon Policy, which outlines the guidelines and expectations for our semi-permanent makeup services.
  1. Appointments: 
    a. To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. We are open by appointment only. We don't accept Walk-ins.
    b. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 
    a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. By Cancellation for Semi Permanent Makeup, we kindly request a minimum of 72 Hours notice in advance, and for rescheduling 48 Hours. For Nails appointment Cancellation or rescheduling is only possible 24 Hours before the appointment time.
    b. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee.
  3. Consultations: 
    a. Consultations are recommended for first-time clients who wants to do Semi Permanent Makeup. During the consultation, we will discuss your desired look, address any concerns, and provide information about the semi-permanent makeup process. 
    b. Consultations are free of charge and can be scheduled separately or combined with your appointment.
  4. Preparation for Services: 
    a. Please arrive with clean skin free of makeup and moisturizers in the area where the semi-permanent makeup will be applied. 
    b. Avoid caffeine and alcohol consumption prior to your appointment, as these can affect the outcome of the procedure.
  5. Age Restrictions: 
    a. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for both consultation and treatment.
  6. Aftercare: 
    a. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to ensure proper healing and long-lasting results. 
    b. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, saunas, and swimming pools for the recommended healing period.
  7. Touch-ups: 
    a. Depending on the type of procedure, a touch-up session may be required to achieve the desired results. Discuss this with your technician during your initial appointment.
  8. Payment: 

    a. At Alice’s Artistry, 50% of the procedure amount as a Deposit is required in order to prevent no-shows, sudden Cancellations or rescheduling at the last minute.

    b. The 50% Deposit is non re-fundable and will be forfeited in the cases of any cancellations and rescheduling. Including free touch-up service.

    c. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. 
    d. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  9. Client Satisfaction: 
    a. We strive to exceed your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please communicate your concerns to your technician or contact us within 48 hours.
